"Concentrate the color on the outer half and into the crease," and finish with mascara, says Clark. "Then really burnish it into the skin and give it more of a watercolor feel." Then, clean your brush use it to apply a red eyeshadow or the blush of your choice to the outer corner of each eye. "To create the lived-in look she has, wipe your brush onto a towel or tissue to pull off excess color," says Clark. Apply a chartreuse eyeshadow to the inner corner with a small eyeshadow brush then use your fingers to blend out the edges. "This will set the concealer and help lock in the eyeshadow," explains Clark. Once you've primed your lids, dust a very fine layer of translucent powder across your eyelids with a soft eyeshadow brush. "If your lipstick bleeds, you can line your lips with a lip liner to help prevent it and a light dusting of translucent powder to really lock it in," says Clark.
